If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Here's exactly how it works.
Email us at info@primepickssale.com or call +1 (202) 788-9630 within 30 days of delivery. Have your order number ready (it's on your confirmation email).
Reseal the item in its original packaging. Unopened products qualify for a full refund; gently used items may qualify for store credit.
We'll email a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of arrival.
Once your return arrives at our Minneapolis warehouse, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue approved refunds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.
Return shipping is free when the return is our fault — a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For preference-based returns, a flat return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless you choose store credit.
Want a different size or formula instead of a refund? Just tell us when you start your request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship (usually within a few hours of ordering). Once an order is in transit, please use the return process above.
